Our mad scientist, Eddie (Cool Cat) Esslinger has responded to the
Alabama State Trooper's new marching orders. All cars must have their
headlights on in the rain, and working windshield wipers. Or they toss
you in the hoosegow. Ya'll Hear?
Anyway, Ed's great idea is to combine his "Intermittent Wiper Control",
previously published, with a relay controlled headlight switch to make
the lights come on when you turn the wipers on. And for the "smarties"
out there, NO they do NOT go on and off with the intermittent wiper
periods. Well, that is unless Lord Lucas decides it's time for some
Intermittent Light :-)
