Motor mount spacing washers

Hello all,

I was looking in the McMaster-Carr catalog today for replacements for the 
motor mount spacing washers.  I found a part number with dimensions that 
are close enough:

Material:                       18-8 Stainless Steel
Screw Size (Inch):              7/16"
Inside Diameter (Inch):         15/32"
Outside Diameter (Inch):        59/64"

Can anyone tell me if 18-8 stainless steel is strong enough for this?
