Malcolm. I called and compared insurance from 5 different companies,
including the 3 you mentioned, as I have Geico for my other cars.
Based on the exclusions, most were the same, prices, within $20 per
company, I choose American Collectable. They did not have as much in
the things you could not do. Example, you could participate in "Club
Events", which could be vintage racing, auto crossing, drags, and still
be within the policy. Others did not allow that. Price was also the best.
They are on line for a quote, or have an 800 number from the web site.
Historic car insurance is the best insurance for the insurance
companies, as the pay out is verrrrrrry low. People take better care of
their historic car, then anything else in the driveway.
