I enjoy your publication a great deal and have never written before.
The Tiger community is a little sensitive about what is a Tiger and what is
an Alpine. Those in the community feel that an Alpine will never be a Tiger
and in fact it is not possible to make a Tiger out of an Alpine as the
Jensen assembly plant is no longer producing them. It would be the
equivalent of Buying a 69 Camero and installing the necessary stuff (Engine,
stickers, etc.) to make it a "Yenko" Camero. As "Yenko" did not produce the
car it is no more a Yenko Camero than the converted Alpine is a Jensen
produced Tiger.
