This mirrors every interaction I have had with Norm. When I was considering purchasing my car out of St Louis I asked him to take a look online. I was send some additional pics of the car and Norm asked me to forward them to him. I send him 6-9 pics of the car and asked him to take a look to make sure it was an authentic Tiger. He responded with his telephone number and suggested I call him. We spend almost 2 hours on the phone discussing the pros and cons of this particular Tiger. I got the impression he was willing to spend another 2 hours if I wanted to continue the conversation. He was also willing to research the vin number of my original Tiger to see if he could find any trace of it. If I didn't buy this car he said he would be willing to talk with me on another future purchase. Jim B382000376 |
