Have anyone ever considered using Peltier junction devices to help keep
coolant temperature down? They are semiconductor devices that can create
up to a 68 C temperature differential from one side to the other. I bet
that a few of these could be integrated into the upper radiator hose to
lower the temperature of the coolant before it reaches the radiator....
It would be very inconspicuous compared to an electric fan. The only
detractors are that they are expensive, require heatsinking on the opposite
side to be cooled, and draw a lot of current.
Just a thought.
