It seems to me that a stiff spring between the cable and the Carb, or between the pedal and the cable, would be a better design. That way you don't have to adjust simultaneous stops. If your foot gets too heavy the force applied to the carb and to the cable is limited to the over travel of the pedal multiplied by the spring constant. You will never feel the spring, you will get WOT, and you won't over stress anything. Once and engineer, always and engineer, Craig Wright |
