Has anyone ever done business with Sunbeam Supreme in Leicester,

I ordered a repro front number plate bracket for my Tiger from them in
December. I never received it, they claimed it was lost, and offered to
send me another one. That was a month ago - I have not heard anything or
seen anything from them.
Anyway, I've received a number of assurances from a Mr. Simon James, but he
still has my money and I still have nothing to show for it.
