Jump-Run-DASH

Hello fellow Tiger owners,

I have a dash that has been covered with veneer and they had covered up the 
glove compartment...they also put ply backing over the hole for the veneer to 
adhere to....I would like to restore the DASH and put the glove box back 
in....I'm in Burbank and was wondering if anyone has 

A) tips to do this ..or 
B) know of anyone around here that does excellent woodworking....?
