Aren't reproductions still available? When I bought mine it was listed as
"stronger than original".

I have had horn rings welded. They were done by the most experienced
welding instructor at the Technical college were I work. They turned out
fine and did not need re-chroming - just a hairline crack barely showing
from the front. So I know it can be done.
Godspeed

Any thoughts out there on repairing a horn ring? Mine broke where one of
the
arms joins the hub. We epoxied it a bunch of years ago, but it came loose
last fall. The first time, someone told me that it didn't look weldable.
Any
other ideas?
Stu
