Steering column

Thanks for everyone's concern and advice about the steering column. I called
the shipping store today and they have started researching it. They said it
would be a few days, but I'm calling back tomorrow to check on the progress
and be the squeaky wheel. The lady on the phone really didn't seem to care
much about me or my lost column.
 
My hope is that UPS finds it in the big lost merchandise bin in the sky.
We'll see and I'll keep you updated.
