Great story well told. Next time, though, use those 354's and get some
#@*&$$ rpms going. 4th Gear? - 4,200 rpm? That's the minimum you should be
starting at. Forget about torque - horsepower is what you need and you
surely get the most of that somewhere between 5-6,000 rpm.
