HEH is the ID code for a Ford 4-speed toploader transmission.  Here is a 
chart of the various codes:

According to this source, HEH-CF was produced in 1965 for TVR and Griffin 
for use behind a 289 with the wide ratio gear option and a length of 25 1/2".
