Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a reprinting, according to Norm.
Something about the printer going out of business, and the plates long
gone....

Maybe at these prices, Norm can be convinced to do a second printing (with
updates). That will lower the price of the remaining TBONs out there and
give Norm the opportunity to make some profit on the book the next time
around. I for one, have referred to TBON countless times, sometimes for
information, other times for enjoyment. Thanks, Norm for your love and
