shifter boot for Hurst

I am in the process of putting a Competition Plus shifter in my Mk 1.  What
have people used for a shift boot?  looking through the Hurst catalog they
don't seem to have anything that looks close (square boots as opposed to
the stock round boot and plate).  any suggestions would be much
