Some of the "usual suspects" on header clearance are the starter motor,
the motor mounts and chassis motor mount attachments, and the firewall
bottom. The oil filter should be the remote kind, or there is another
"hang-up"
You can bolt on removed motor mount chassis mounted support, and all the
other stuff, make a mock-up out of stiff art board from Staples, or
other artist/office supply house, mock-up hydraulic brake lines, and add
starter-starter solenoid heavy wire, just to make sure. Probably catch
90%. May have to use big hammer on the remaining 10%.
Those coatings can take some banging, if protected against direct hammer
blows with wood load spreader.
If major bending is necessary, you need a muffler shops hydraulic
former.
