Oh yes, Fuel filters.
The one between the pump and the carb, near the RF head, should be a
large metal canister with flared metal tubes.
There never was one on the intake side of the pump, other than some
screens inside the pump, however with particles in your fuel tanks and
lines, that may clog the pump, one could put a filter on the intake
side. This should be changed often, as any loading will reduce fuel
flow a lot. Those small clear ones do not last as long as the big cans,
but you can see they crud, or color change - IF you look.
