Oregon laws

Is anyone in Oregon on this list?

I'm looking at a job in Portland, and I have a Tiger which hasn't been
registered or licensed in quite a few years (it's been undergoing the
world's longest restoration).  I'm wondering if there will be any problems
with registering the car once the restoration is done, since it has been off
the road so long.

Any opinions are welcomed.
