Tom,
I actually was curious about that kit. Perhaps you could post your
impressions to the list when you have had a change to try it?

Subject: Hardtop
The posts from today reminded me that I was remiss in not thanking all that
responded with help on my quest for a hardtop. I got tons of emails from
all over the country. I think I responded to all who contacted me directly
(responses and replies didn't hit the tiger list), but if I didn't get
everyone - Thanks. Turns out a Tiger owner in San Jose had an
aftermarket top he wasn't using and we hooked up (thanks Larry).
On another front, I just bought the windshield polishing kit from
Eastwoods. Comes with the buffing pad and compound for about $32. Other
than watching for excess heat buildup when using it, has anyone had success
or problems with this stuff? I'm just too lazy to R&R the windshield over
some minor scratching.
