Veneered Dash

Hi !!  I plan to re-veneer the dash on my tiger this winter.  I have seen 
many items concerning this project on the list.  Where should I go to obtain 
the veneer (I believe that burled walnut is the original veneer on  tiger 
dashboards) ?  I would also like to know if there is someone out there who 
has enough left over from their project that they would be willing to sell.  
In either case, I would appreciate any information that is available.
