Craig, it interesting that you mentioned the unilite failure.  When I
purchased the Mallory distr from Summit, I asked about their preference,
and they said the same thing, that the Mallory magnetic distr had a
better record with them for reliability, and if the unit had to be
replaced, it was cheaper. 

This doesn't mean that the unilite unit is not good, as there are with
many in the field working very successfully.
