1.  The headlight assembly was not riveted to the body, but they used
sheet metal screws.  Since using sheet metal screws is a good place to
start rust, I used a screw and nut.

BTW, the front turn signals rely on a sheet metal screw to make the
ground to the body.  This also promotes a rusted spot, and a bad ground.
 Used nut and bolt to hold it on, and drilled and tapped for a screw
that holds a ground wire to the engine bay for a good ground spot.

2.  Try backing off the screw on the horn, or turning the screw in. This
sometimes is an easy fix.  Even better to have some one hold the horn
down, while adjusting.  Protect your ears, of course.
