I put SS headers on my car several years ago. I did a test fit & had to do some minor dimpling to eliminate interference with the motor mount brackets. After that the headers came off & went to Jet Hot for coating, Probably worth the cost, I don't want to have to replace them again & it's claimed to help reduce underhood heat.
