Michael, Clean the spring-loaded contact points that hold the fuses in the fusebox, and the fuse ends. Clean the spade terminals as well...(best done with the battery disconnected). The switched fuse is circuit is jiggling loose on "every other bump" as you go, down the road: I bet your fuel pump, brake lights and horn will not work when your tach quits.
