Gee,I can answer this one.
There were many 302's set up with the 28oz imbalance. MILLIONS OF THEM. The
first 302 of late 1968 to about 1983(?) when the nomenclature was changed and
the 302 became the 5.0 . When the name was changed was when the imbalance
specs were changed to 50oz.
