Hi Tim,

How far is the water pump pulley face from the rad? If you have three inches
or so to spare, you can put a puller electric fan behind the rad. Get one
from a Honda Civic or something like that, and it comes with a built-in
shroud. The shroud is cylindrical so it doesn't obstruct the remainder of
the radiator. You will need to get something fabricated to mount the shroud
to the backside of the rad using the rad mounting holes. Remember that the
fan only does anything useful when you're standing still or moving slowly.

On the radiator: If I was going to spend (another) $300 on radiators, and I
might, I'd get one of the Griffin rads that Doug Jennings (Tiger Auto
Service, Dayton, OH) has had made. These are high quality aluminum rads,
that fit the stock Tiger opening and mount with the stock holes. You'll have
to contact him to find out availability and price; at SUNI it was $375, I
believe.
