Guys,
You are right, the car is a built car approx. 1968 or so, apparently by a
gentleman on the Gulf racing Team, as I understand it is pretty nice!!
Oh well, the Herringbone is the one and only, a ONE OFF car, and NEVER a
production car (And which by the way SHOULD NEVER EVER BE ALLOWED TO ENTER
IN A STOCK CLASS IN A UNITED EVENT, ONLY AND I REPEAT ONLY IN A SPECIALIZED
CLASS..... (MY OPINION) That is how he was allowed at Pebble Beach, SPECIAL
COACH WORK) , and started as an Alpine Harrington as well!!
And for the money that Van Valkinfooter is looking for on that car, you
could buy (2) real Shelby Cobra 427SC cars, or a coupe, now I ask you, which
would you rather invest in ???
Just a THOUGHT!!!
Have a GREAT day all..
Jan..
