It sounds like you have Santa all booked up! He better bring a load of elves 
to go to your house.  Getting alittle tired of sanding and removing paint 
are you?  Good luck with your restoration. Write about it as you go. I've 
enjoyed Chris' tales of woe as he proceeds with his.
