The rack is not something that you can "replace" you will need to "rebuild"
it and Dales Restoration is the place that you want to call. 909-799-2099 
If your car is not a Concours example you may want to opt for the MGB
steering "fix" that Dale has engineered. Faster ratio and infinite (analog
vs Digital) toe adjustment so you can center the steering very easily
without the 3/16" increments on the tie rod end adjustments.
