Michael,

Allow me to jump into the fray.

Not knowing the duration of your WOT testing, I may be off base here but
what the hell.

Check your fuel pump output pressure at the carb. My Edelbrock carb likes 6
PSI. Also, have you checked the floats and float valves in the carb for
proper fuel level adjustment.
