Exhaust

I was planning on going down to the Navy auto shop today and bending some
exhaust tubes for my Tiger. How large of tube can I run through the frame
holes. I know if I go to big I will lose perfomance so what size is too
large? Has anyone tried to fit in a " H " pipe after the headers? Last but
not least are there any of running flowmasters or another performance
muffler that you recommend? Thanks for all the good advice on the brake
pistons.
