What is used to switch on the electric fan? Where is that switch located?
Unless you are using really strange wire types there won't be any temperature
effect from the wires themselves. Make really sure that everything is
well-grounded; if you have the stock sender setup where the sender is located in
the tee-block, ensure that the ground wire there is connected to a clean place
on the engine. Make sure that your thermoswitch hookup for the fan is really
clean.
