Wood can be readily repaired by a proficient wood worker. The plastic center
part can also be repaired by shops that redo old 50/60s steering wheel.
There is a shop in Broadway Virginia that redid mine several years ago. Cost
about $200 or 250, can't remember exactly. Hemmings used to have an advert
for them. I repaired the wood myself.
