Dave, and listers, The good doctor forgot to mention that the stock tiger dipstick and tube are unique, they come from the Industrial motor division of Ford, they are thicker and wider than regular production Ford V8's of that era. I have found them on various early 64, 65 221,260,289 engines in wrecking yards but they are rare. I think the length of the dipstick and tube are in the workshop manual. Bill |
