Hands wheels in a 15" diameter. Still, these wheels would be closer to LAT-70's
than anything else you're likely to get off the shelf. You could turn the rims
off of the wheels and then put the centers inside a scale 13" rim.
So I wonder what the auctioneer considers a "small" reserve?
