The owner's manual for chassis no. B.382002025 LRXFE is currently for sale on
E-bay at:

According to The Book of Norman, in March 1974 this car was owned by Bob
Murdock of Oakland, CA.  It is also listed as a possible Alpine conversion,
and there is no record that the car has been authenticated.  Could this
explain how the manual got separated from the original car?
