Yes, Stephen, a FOMOCO high carbon steel scatter-shield was offered by Ford in
both 5 and 6 bolt patterns. The 5-bolt was part no. C4OZ-6394-A, and the
6-bolt was C5ZZ-6392-A. They were manufactured by the Wedge corp., were
lettered "Cobra," and sold new for $104.65. From experience, I can tell you
that one of them weighed exactly 117.3 pounds!
The Tiger LAT-7 (like several LAT options) was exactly the same as the 5-bolt
Cobra, except the letters were change to "Tiger." There was no 6-bolt Tiger
model. The nice thing about the 6-bolt is that, unlike some other brands, it
fits in a Tiger without any firewall or tunnel modifications. All of these
bell housings are pretty hard to find now days, and one in good condition is
pricey. Your best bet is probably to contact a Cobra restorer and/or
Cobra/Shelby club. I had no trouble selling an NOS 5-bolt unit recently
through the NorCal SAAC. How much? If you have to ask, you can't afford one
anyway.
Good luck.
