The Cragar add reproduced in The Book of Norman states:

The picture shows the classic 5-spoke Cragar wheel and the 3-spoke "Wing
Cap" or spinner that was the inspiration for the spinners used on the
LAT-70 and LAT-70B wheels.
Could it be that EMarkus has some version of the LAT-70 wheels with Cragar
S/S spinners? Why does he think they are a LAT wheel of any type? According
to Norm, there were a number of later versions of the LAT-70 wheel sold by
Gurney, Western, P/S, etc., so there are numerous possibilities.
Incidentally, I was warned in my early days with SCCA to stay away from
Cragar wheels because they had a reputation for breaking under hard use.
Despite all their verbiage to the contrary, I'd still be leery of them.
