That's "High Visibility Coating, Instrument, needle indicator type, JANAF
STD-105297-C, Type III". Cost $500 per one once bottle. Applicator brush
assembly extra. Shelf life - 60 days. Note: to be installed per MILSTD
15357682, dated 14 June, 1939. Caution: Hazardous Material. May damage brain
and kidneys. To be applied only by trained expendable personnel with approved
safety equipment . Calibrate after assembly.
