Weber adjustments

To all the boys and girls in the who run Weber carburetors on their cars:
I'm running a 32-36 Weber on both my Series 3 and Series 5 Alpines.  Although
the carbs are the same and the set up is similar they both have their own
personalities.  I'm wondering whether the centuries of knowledge compiled by
the Sunbeam Faithful can help me take the guess work out of adjusting these
suckers.  Thanks.
