Hello Everyone:
The Tiger race reports are great. I'll be putting them in the next issue
of the CAT newsletter. Here's an open invitation to anyone competing
with Tigers or Alpines, in our club or not: Let me know about it and
send me photos and a story for Tiger Tales. You'll get full credit in
the magazine (and a copy of the issue your material is in if you're not
already a member). If you're racing, send me a report and photos on what
you've done to your car (without tipping the competition, of course!)
Enquiring Rootes minds want to know what our cars are doing out there,
it will make for a better magazine, and it will further help to keep us
pumped up about our cars (racing or not) and the efforts we put into
keeping them on the road.
P.S. If anyone out there is in contact with Tom Patton, one of the
best Tiger racers, please have him contact me as I definitely want to
cover his racing exploits, as the magazine used to do.
