clutch throwout fork spring

During my rebuild I lost the spring that holds the throwout bearing fork
to the bellhousing.  Can someone give me the dimensions, thickness,
shape and material type so I can have my machinist make one.  Even
better would be a source of where to buy one.  Nobody here seems to
stock this any more.
