I am sorry, Norman, but that information is classified NoFo (No Foreign
Agencies) as well as the usual "need to know" basis. The inquirers must provide
positive proof of citizneship of the United States, as well as a 30 page summary
of why they need to have possesion of this information. The usual restrictions
against disclosure to others apply, as well as the normal penalties for perjury,
unauthorized use, copying, quoting, speaking to foreign citizens or the press,
or talking in one's sleep.

Leavenworth is nice, this time of year (except for La Nina).
