Game?

This game is kinda like my series V. Bits and oieces all over the place 
and I can't figure out how the hell things fit together. What the heck I 
roll 2 old junky dice that I found in the ash tray. I some how got a 5. 
One die has 2 and the other was a 6 but someone scraped 3 of the dots off.

What do I get the Roughest Thing Running Award? That's ok! I have a shelf 
full of them already.
