Your brake sticking problem is probably being caused by the diaphragm sticking in the booster can. Try removing the rubber ring under the leather seal and trimming it down a little ( if you have a rebuilt booster). If your booster hasn't been rebuilt or, even if it has, try putting more grease/lub. on the seal so it will slide easier, also make sure the inside of the booster can is real smooth.
