Sticking Brake Booster

Your brake sticking problem is probably being caused by the diaphragm
sticking in the booster can. Try removing the rubber ring under the
leather seal and trimming it down a little ( if you have a rebuilt
booster). If your booster hasn't been rebuilt or, even if it has, try
putting more grease/lub. on the seal so it will slide easier, also make
sure the inside of the booster can is real smooth.
