Tiger Water Pump

Can someone provide information on the comparing a Tiger 260 water pump
with a 289 water pump.  I have one of each -- the 289 one has the Tiger
hub on it, and both fit the Tiger OK.  My question is --the pump wheel
vains? are different --the angle and distance between them.  Does 289
have a higher water volume flow?
