Folks,
Still slowly working on my Tiger II body. Replacing all the rusted
lower panels with SS. It is a real bear to work with, very stiff and
difficult to cut and weld.
I lost the original white/black/wide-white/black/white side tape
two paint jobs ago. Does anyone have "original" replacement tape?

For anyone with an original Tiger II :
I would like to know the exact dimensions of the tape, i.e. the width
of each color and the distance from the lower edge of the tape to the
lower edge of the door ( at the center of the door).

Norm, I saw the stripe in your " move over" ad in Bits and Pieces 3; but
I don't think I could make a good measurment from your picture.

I now have my Tiger II (body only) Autocad drawing in as good a shape
as I intend to make it. I can E-Mail an attached file to anyone who
would care to have a copy. Be warned that this is a series of cross
sections, every inch from front to back. If you have Autocad, then
you can "view" the 3D version from any angle. Those who do not
have Autocad, then all you see is a front view of about 150 layers.
I previously printed out each layer to 1/8"scale, pasted the print
to 1/8" cardboard, jig sawed them out and assembled a Tiger II model.
There are 1/8" steps in some areas where the contures changed drastically
over a 1" distance.
The Autocad .dwg is around 500k bytes. I can also do a .DXF file
at over a meg byte for those with other drawing programs.
I have to send the files individually to those who want it as the
Tiger mail list does not pass attached files. ( at least it wouldn't last
year).
I have another business trip tomorrow through Thursday. I will
send the file (make .dwg or .dxf request) to any who respond, when I get
back from the trip.

I have already sent it to Mark Olson. He may put it on his web site.
