What, no brass freeze plugs, or better yet, freeze plug
holes threaded and pipe plugs screwed in like a BOSS 302?
How about a marine grade waterpump? They have SS shafts,
bronze mounted seals and a SS back plate. Less than $200
at most any good marine dealer. ( the 302 was used in a lot of
boats).
Sounds like you have a lot invested in this motor. I would
use the F4B for normal driving and the 28 for show or blow.
The dual Carbs probably will not fit under a stock Tiger hood.
