I know, I know. But you've got to cut me some slack here. I been sick, and
the infidels are pickin' on me! Remember that Krylon True-Blue Series II that
I've been messin' with? Well last month I installed a pair of oil coolers,
relocated the horns to up behind the grill--nowhere NEAR those beautiful wide-
open horn holes--and installed a thermostat for the oil cooler, all without
drilling a single new hole or bending/bashing anything in! Is that sick or
what? Last week I installed an electric fuel pump, one of those great-big-ol'
Fram cartridge-type fuel flters, and a fuel pressure regulator and gauge, all
without drilling a single new hole or bending or bashing anything in!! AND,
when I get the new fuel lines (supply plus return), I'll mount the oil filter
on a bracket that will also serve as the mechanical fuel pump block-off plate
. . . all without drilling . . . Is THAT sick or what?

Anyhoo I just didn't like letting the idea of letting it slide that there was
no way a Tiger was going to run cool unless you did all the stuff that was
getting posted on the topic. Some people get a bit bent out of shape when you
disagree with 'em. Jeez and I thought I'd been GOOD the past few months in
not commenting on so much "interesting" stuff . . . go figure!

Hey, back off! I saw your Alger. You haven't done too much damage. You
could turn that piece into a real nice Alpine without too much trouble, I'm
sure.
