New kid on the block

I haven't met my newest neighbor, but I might not own the fastest car on
our street anymore. Susan suggested I take a look at the old Volvo parked
in his driveway (he is not scheduled to move in until the end of the
month); well, it ain't no Volvo. It's a mid-1960's Maserati Quattroporte.
Anybody ever race against one of these? Is it faster than a Tiger?
